(Back to Questions) Q:
Is it appropriate to pray for people of other religions, or even people
who don't believe in God at all (maybe they need the most prayers of
all)? |

A:
Of Course! In Acts 26, the Apostle Paul was being tried in front of
the king, who was not a Christian. Paul says in verse 29, "Short time
or long--I pray God that not only you, but all who are listening to me
today may become what I am, except for these chains."
God's
command to us to love one another extends to everyone, Christian or
not. And one of the best ways we can show love to another person is to
pray for them.
